How to make games run with better fps on pc

well guys i myself am a poor gamer and i cant afford much so i make use of what i have.
after looking for some usefull information i concluded with some methords to get better fps on pc.
thes steps may or may not work.But shurely works for me

so lets begin.

1        our pc uses 2 gb of our total RAM for windows itself.some games manage ram efficiently but                         someothers
           just dump stuff on the ram not clening up the mess.so we need a software to help us with the problem
           that is why we have Cache boost.Install it and let it run always in the background.
           [cracks are available... :P ]

2        another methord is to set the game process to high.it gives you a slight boost in fps.
           first after launching the game open task manager.
           right click the process,click on show details
          from there right click the process and select high from the set priority option.

3       set power options to high performance
          to do this right click the battery icon in the taskbar and select high performance from the given set of              plans.

4      Disable visual effects. Open System in Control Panel. Go to the Advanced tab, then click Settings.
          Go to the Visual Effects tab, choose Adjust for best performance then click Okay.

5       change your game resolution.it has a nice impact over your fps

6       play around with you graphics settings. sometimes higher settings works better than medium
