In non genuine or unactivated windows 10 pc you cannot use the personalisation methord.
So you canot change the theme colour in windows 10 quite easily with a non genuine copy.
But there is a solution for every problem and so this also has a solution.
Open run [windows key + r]
now paste this :
rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL desk.cpl,Advanced,@Advanced
there and then click OK.
You will presented with a window from which you can choose the theme colour you desire in your unactivated pc.
Ta da! no more barriers for personalising windows.
